    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the installation, use, and debugging of existing automation production, testing, and packaging equipment, including troubleshooting and fault resolution. Develop and regularly update maintenance and employee operation guidelines for equipment such as stringers, laminators, automatic conveyor belts, workpiece rotation and lifting equipment, edge trimming and framing equipment, automatic gluing and welding equipment, robotic arms and reversing equipment, stacking and palletizing equipment, and Kuka robotic arms.

    • Responsible for the regular maintenance of existing automation equipment, program and work-hour optimization, and improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and product yield.

    • Responsible for establishing operating standards for existing automation equipment, employee training, supervising basic equipment maintenance, updating consumables, and managing spare parts and components. Ensure the safety of equipment and operations across the production line, and regularly update safety guidelines and measures.

    • Modify and upgrade equipment based on new product requirements to meet the increasing demands of products and markets.

    • Responsible for equipment assembly and debugging, technical support, and troubleshooting. Participate in automation equipment and manufacturing cost control, increase output and standard working hours, and improve human-machine interaction.

    • Manage equipment records and spare parts, assist relevant departments in the efficient allocation of equipment to ensure effective usage.

     

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Mechanical equipment and automation knowledge.

     

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, Automatic Control, Mechanical Manufacturing and Design, Computer Science, or related fields.

    • 3-5 years or more of professional experience in the production, installation, and debugging of automation equipment, equipment operation and maintenance in manufacturing enterprises.

    • Solid knowledge of electrical control, mechanical structure, and PLC programming and control. Proficient in CNC motion, pneumatic principles, hydraulic principles, and common mechanical motion principles, with the ability to independently complete new equipment installation and debugging.

    • Proficient in basic mechanical equipment control principles, AC/DC power supplies, position/open/close signal feedback and control circuits, familiar with the principles and applications of photoelectric and infrared laser sensors. Experience with optical cameras, AC/DC servo motors, and Kuka/EPSON robotic arms is preferred. Ability to independently read equipment control diagrams and use Autocad/EPLAN software is a plus.

    • ·Proficient in the design and programming of PLC hardware and software. Ability to optimize and improve control logic, with a strong sensitivity to technological innovation. Familiarity with solar module or related automation industry manufacturing is preferred.
